EPCOT Emergency: Uncertainty Surrounds 'Person Down' Incident
A mysterious 'person down' situation at EPCOT on December 2, 2025, has left authorities and visitors alike in a state of uncertainty. At 12:15 p.m., a call was made to the police, indicating a potentially serious situation.
The term 'person down' typically signifies incapacitation, which could range from medical emergencies to tragic incidents like death. However, the authorities have not yet confirmed the nature of the situation. It's been over an hour since the initial call, and no further updates have been provided.
Interestingly, the account @WDWActiveCrime, which is not associated with Disney, shared the alert. This account is known for its real-time updates on Disney World incidents. Alongside the 'person down' alert, they also posted a separate alert at 1:08 p.m. regarding a battery issue at EPCOT.
This isn't the first time a similar alert has been issued. Just last month, there was a 'person passes away' incident at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. Despite the concern, Disney and the Orange County Sheriff's Department have not disclosed any details about today's event.
